On 22/6, a small truck sped from the side of Nguyen Hoang street, driving against the flow of traffic towards an opening. Confronted by a vehicle making a U-turn, the truck driver swerved into the middle of the road, obstructing oncoming traffic.

Driving against traffic is strictly prohibited and poses a significant risk of accidents and traffic conflicts. Decree 168/2024 on penalties for road traffic violations stipulates a fine of 18-20 million VND for driving against traffic, along with a deduction of 4 points from the driver's license.
