Several motorcyclists stopped when they saw a Lexus reversing off a sidewalk on 19/8 in Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. The car reversed quickly, then paused once its wheels were fully on the road. Suddenly, the driver accelerated, causing the Lexus to shoot backward and crash into a parked Kia.
The impact flipped the Kia onto its side, sending it crashing into a roadside fence and planters. The Lexus's front wheels continued spinning for a moment before stopping.

Fortunately, no one was injured. After the accident, both parties reached an agreement where the Lexus driver compensated the Kia owner to resolve the incident.
