The truck's maneuver left little room for the car to safely pass.

Large vehicles like tractor-trailers should avoid reckless overtaking. Their size makes it more challenging for them to slow down and prevent accidents. Drivers should also exercise caution when overtaking on narrow roads with parked cars on the shoulder, as this increases the risk of accidents.

Decree 168/2024 stipulates that drivers who overtake illegally face fines of 4-6 million VND.
