A pickup truck approaching from the opposite direction was forced to swerve to avoid a collision with the tractor-trailer, narrowly missing a motorcyclist. Fortunately, no accident occurred.

Driving at night on narrow roads with limited visibility requires extra caution. Drivers should maintain safe speeds and distances, and only overtake when it's absolutely safe. The tractor-trailer's reckless overtaking maneuver in the video created a high risk of a serious accident.

Decree 168/2024 stipulates that drivers who overtake illegally face fines of 4 to 6 million VND.
