It appears the driver braked suddenly, causing the truck to lose traction and spin a full circle. Fortunately, no other vehicles were nearby at the time.

Slamming on the brakes while speeding into a turn can cause a vehicle to lose balance, fishtail, or even spin, as seen in the video.
