On a busy Nguyen Xien Street, a woman waved a motorbike carrying 4-5 meter long steel bars across the road. The bars obstructed most of the street. As a truck passed over them, the motorbike lurched, and the bars slammed into the rear passenger door of a passing red car.

Transporting long materials by motorbike poses a severe risk to the rider and other road users, creating a significant traffic hazard. Decree 168/2024 stipulates fines of 600,000-800,000 VND for carrying bulky goods on motorbikes, and 10-14 million VND if an accident occurs. This violation does not result in driving license points deduction.
