Amidst rainy conditions and slick roads, two individuals on a motorcycle, wearing rain gear, were traveling at a high speed in the center of the road. A bus approached from the opposite direction, with several motorcycles to its right. The bus driver, attempting to navigate a narrow gap, braked and lost control, causing the bus to slide. The motorcycle driver collided with the bus's wheels and died. The passenger was thrown clear.
In unfavorable weather, vehicles should reduce speed and increase observation for unexpected situations. Motorcyclists, especially those wearing rain gear, face additional challenges in controlling their vehicles and should stay close to the curb, avoiding speeding in the middle of the road. Additionally, vehicles and street vendors should not encroach on traffic lanes, as this creates obstacles and risks the safety of themselves and others.
