Vietnam's largest charging station opens at Vietnam exhibition center

V-Green launched Vietnam's largest electric vehicle charging station with 1,200 charging ports at the Vietnam Exhibition Center on 28/8.

Vietnam's largest charging station, located at the Vietnam Exhibition Center in Hanoi, has opened to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles. The station, operated by V-Green, boasts 1,200 charging ports: 194 for cars and 1,000 for VinFast electric motorbikes.

The majority of car charging ports offer fast charging, with 80 60 kW chargers, 36 120 kW chargers, and six 300 kW super-fast chargers. In addition to the 122 fast chargers, the station also provides 72 20 kW chargers for more routine charging needs. For electric motorbikes, V-Green offers almost 1,000 dedicated charging ports and has integrated over 70 motorbike charging outlets into the car charging stations for added convenience.

Beyond serving visitors to the exhibition center, V-Green has also installed 24 60 kW car charging stations (equivalent to 48 charging outlets) for residents of the adjacent Vinhomes Global Gate urban area, further developing the green transportation ecosystem in eastern Hanoi.

V-Green has been actively expanding its charging infrastructure across the country. In Hanoi, several large and fast charging stations are already operating successfully, including those at Minh Khai (Nhon) parking lot, Yen Nghia bus station, and Giap Bat bus station. V-Green has installed over 22,000 electric motorbike charging ports in Hanoi and plans to expand further to meet growing demand.
