The Lac Hong 900 LX was used to transport international dignitaries. The Lac Hong 900 LX is inspired by the "Con Lac chau Hong" (Descendants of the Dragon and Fairy Bird) tradition. Both versions have a 3,349 mm wheelbase and a stately, luxurious design. The gold-plated Lac bird wing logo, the grille reminiscent of Dong Son bronze drums, and the slats inspired by Vietnamese bamboo rows all contribute to its unique aesthetic.

VinFast's open-top electric vehicles have appeared at the Dien Bien Phu parade and other important events. For national parades and events, countries around the world often choose vehicles from domestic brands. In Russia's Victory Day Parade (9/5), the country's military uses open-top vehicles from the domestic brand Aurus, and China often uses Hongqi models at national events.
