This supports users from initial consultation and vehicle delivery to maintenance and after-sales service.

Among these services, after-sales support is a key focus for the dealership to retain customers. This includes specialized technical assistance for batteries, software, and maintenance. Yadea Viet Thanh service centers are equipped with official-standard equipment and staffed by trained personnel capable of resolving issues related to electrical systems, electronics, and operating software.
