Yadea Viet Thanh's multi-channel retail strategy for electric motorcycles

Yadea Viet Thanh, a distributor, is implementing a multi-channel sales strategy and upgrading its service infrastructure to sustain growth and serve thousands of customers each month.

In recent years, Vietnam's electric motorcycle market has experienced significant growth, accompanied by a shift in consumer purchasing behavior. Users, who once primarily bought vehicles at traditional stores, are increasingly making purchasing decisions on online platforms, according to Yadea Viet Thanh.

Responding to this shift, Yadea Viet Thanh expanded its reach to users through a chain of 30 stores and by listing electric motorcycle models on major e-commerce platforms. "Our agility in digitalizing distribution channels allows us to connect more deeply with younger, tech-savvy customers who value convenience. Online vehicle purchases are systematically organized, transparent, and feature secure payment processes. We integrate platforms to create substantial offers for buyers," a Yadea Viet Thanh representative stated.

When purchasing through this dealership, users can browse and order online, choosing between home delivery or in-store pickup. Yadea Viet Thanh also assists owners with license plate registration, completing necessary documents and paperwork.

To meet the demand for delivering thousands of electric motorcycles monthly, Yadea Vietnam has comprehensively upgraded its data management system and communication call centers for its branches. This supports users from initial consultation and vehicle delivery to maintenance and after-sales service.

Among these services, after-sales support is a key focus for the dealership to retain customers. This includes specialized technical assistance for batteries, software, and maintenance. Yadea Viet Thanh service centers are equipped with official-standard equipment and staffed by trained personnel capable of resolving issues related to electrical systems, electronics, and operating software.

According to Yadea Viet Thanh, the strategy combining e-commerce and customer service platforms will help the company create a competitive advantage and meet the market's growing demands.
