A representative from Yamaha Motor Vietnam announced the launch of a motorcycle promotion program for the back-to-school season, designed to help students acquire a vehicle at an optimal cost.
Under the program, customers buying Yamaha Gear 125 Hybrid and Janus models will receive a 1 million dong purchase voucher. Those opting for the Yamaha PG-1 will get a gift set, including a helmet and a jacket. Yamaha targets these models at young users and students.

"This is appropriate support at the start of the academic year, when students must balance various expenses such as tuition fees, living costs, rent, and transportation," a company representative stated. "The program's offers help ease initial spending pressure, providing young people an opportunity to choose a vehicle that suits their needs, style, and financial capability."
The Yamaha Gear 125 Hybrid is an urban scooter featuring a fuel consumption of approximately 1,7 liters/100 km, as per company data. This model blends sporty design with versatility. Key features of the Gear 125 Hybrid include a combined braking system (UBS), tubeless tires, and Y-On smartphone app connectivity in its premium version.

The Yamaha Janus is powered by a Blue Core 125 engine, achieving a fuel consumption of 1,98 liters/100 km, according to company data. Key features of the Janus include: a heat-resistant seat, a smart key with positioning support, and an expanded storage compartment with an integrated USB charging port. The My Yamaha Motor app also allows users to monitor vehicle information and maintenance schedules.
