Dao Thu Ha, Managing Director of Vinexad - Tlsk 2, the event organizer, stated that Vietfood & Beverage - ProPack Vietnam 2025 is not only a place to gather products and technology, but also a place for businesses to innovate their thinking and connect real value. "We expect more than 30,000 visitors over the three days, including buyers, distributors, investors, consumers, and industry experts," Ha said.

In addition to the expo, Vietfood & Beverage - ProPack Vietnam 2025 also includes a series of trade, training, and experience activities. The "Application of AI and Digital Technology in the Food Supply Chain" seminar features leading experts and innovative startups. The EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Forum focuses on circular production and recycled packaging.
Young Chef Challenge is a large-scale cooking competition for young chefs, combining traditional skills with modern technology. Modern bartending workshops explore the use of beer and soft drinks in creative cocktails.
The "VIP Buyer" program promotes trade, facilitating B2B meetings between major international and domestic buyers, with privileges including hotel accommodations, airfare, a private lounge area, and professional appointment scheduling assistance.
Business delegations also have the opportunity to visit the Long Hau Industrial Park, home to modern food processing factories, opening up potential for long-term investment cooperation.

According to data from iPOS.vn, total revenue of the F&B industry in Vietnam in 2024 reached approximately 688.8 trillion VND (equivalent to over 25 billion USD), a 16.6% increase compared to 2023. This is one of the sectors with steady growth of 7-10% annually, despite the volatile global economic landscape.
With over 323,000 F&B outlets, Vietnam is currently the densest market in Southeast Asia (a ratio of one outlet per 300 people). Young consumers, especially Gen Z, account for 58% of those who frequently dine at F&B chains, shaping new demands for quality, experience, and nutritional value.
This is also the reason why international brands increasingly view Vietnam as a key market for expanding franchises and distributing products. However, the biggest hurdle remains finding reputable local partners and quickly grasping local needs. Vietfood & Beverage - ProPack Vietnam 2025 is expected to address this challenge.
