According to the Long Chau representative, the nationwide network of pharmacies ensures easy access to medications (prescriptions and authentic health supplements) at reasonable prices within local communities. This network maintains consistent quality across the country while supporting patients, particularly those in remote areas, by saving them time and expense.
The company prioritizes standardized procedures and transparent sourcing to build trust, support consistent treatment, and bridge healthcare gaps.

Over the years, Long Chau has collaborated with global strategic partners, including Takeda, GSK, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim, Zuellig Pharma, MediUSA, And, Omron, Japanwell, Stella, Boston, Abbott, and Merck, to bring the latest medical advancements and treatment solutions to Vietnam.
The company also partners with domestic manufacturers meeting GMP-WHO standards to strengthen its pharmaceutical supply chain. Recently, Long Chau partnered with the Institute of Advanced Technology (under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology) to research and apply medicinal technology for healthcare product development.
Furthermore, the company collaborates with the National Institute for Food Control (Ministry of Health), the highest-level testing authority, for "double-checking" to ensure the quality of health supplements and micronutrient enhancements throughout its system.

The company plans to expand further, opening more branches in underserved and remote areas. "Each pharmacy is a vital link in a comprehensive healthcare network, where people can receive expert advice, genuine medications, and free home delivery services through our technology platform," explained the Long Chau representative.
Simultaneously, the company is implementing and supporting community programs like blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, vaccination consultations, and screenings for common diseases.
