The year 2026 marks the 30-year milestone of Ngoc Diep group's formation and development. Amidst the strong transformation of domestic industry, the group continues to uphold its philosophy: "technology as the foundation, people as the core, and quality as the measure of honor".
Starting in the furniture sector in 1996, the group gradually expanded into carton packaging, NgocDiepWindow doors, and Dinostar aluminum. Dinostar, the newest addition, currently drives the system's growth. A company representative stated that this ecosystem expansion reflects a long-term vision and a strategic development approach: strengthening internal capabilities, standardizing quality, and enhancing competitiveness to international standards.
In the 1990s, when Vietnam's furniture market relied on imported products and lacked integrated suppliers, Ngoc Diep quickly forged a distinct path by offering comprehensive interior design and construction solutions. With a diverse product portfolio suitable for various spaces, including offices, schools, libraries, hotels, and homes, Ngoc Diep furniture gradually made its mark, laying the groundwork for its future manufacturing ecosystem. The company soon adopted a 4.0 management model, synchronizing operations from order processing, production, and warehouse management to project installation, ensuring timely execution and operational accuracy.
In carton packaging, the company established a large-scale manufacturing plant in the northern region, equipped with production lines imported from Germany and Italy. Corrugating, printing, and packaging processes are automated, operating under a lean manufacturing model. This approach optimizes productivity, ensures consistent quality, and quickly fulfills large orders with strict international requirements.

For aluminum doors and curtain walls, NgocDiepWindow invested in a factory spanning over 40,000 square meters, featuring automated production lines and AI-integrated manufacturing control technology. This enables synchronized processing from aluminum profile treatment to final assembly. The aluminum products and curtain walls offer storm resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and energy efficiency. They meet ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, TCVN 7452:2004, and QCVN 16:2014/BXD standards, demonstrating the group's commitment to delivering international-standard products to the market.
In the industrial aluminum sector, the Dinostar aluminum plant features integrated production lines from Japan, Germany, and Taiwan. Operations are closed-loop, covering billet and ingot casting, extrusion, and electrostatic powder coating. Products meet JIS (Japan) and EN (Europe) standards.

Leveraging advanced technology and large-scale production capabilities, aluminum manufacturing has become a significant growth driver. Dinostar aluminum has expanded its global presence, fulfilling large-scale orders and maintaining quality control according to international standards. While technology forms the foundation of the production system, the human resources team continuously operates and upgrades this platform. At Ngoc Diep, leaders, engineers, architects, technical specialists, and skilled workers all participate in controlling, operating, and continuously improving the production system.
A company representative explained that the ethos of "cultivating the mind and refining quality" is not merely a cultural value but a consistent working principle. It ensures strict adherence to all processes and continuous upgrades. The management believes that quality is not a slogan but the result of a disciplined, synchronized operational system. Expert teams continuously monitor and optimize every process, from design and material research to production line operation and technical standard control. This combination of technological capability and high-quality human resources creates a sustainable competitive foundation, helping the group maintain product reliability and adaptability in a dynamic market.
Beyond technological investment, the group is progressively advancing its "green" production initiatives. Ngoc Diep integrates sustainable development standards into its manufacturing system, adopting international certifications like Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and implementing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory according to ISO-14064. Furthermore, management anticipates global green policies, investing in specialized training to meet the European Union's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) requirements. This moves towards a transparent emission production model, sustainable operations, and expanded opportunities in premium markets. According to the company representative, this strategic direction is evident across four pillars: Ngoc Diep furniture, Ngoc Diep packaging, NgocDiepWindow, and Dinostar aluminum. Each sector acts as a link in a synchronized industrial ecosystem, where manufacturing technology, human resources, and environmental standards operate in parallel, creating products that meet increasing market demands.
Three decades represent a journey of accumulating experience, technology, and human resources. From this foundation, Ngoc Diep group continues to pursue a dual objective in its new phase: enhancing product quality while actively contributing to the community, aiming for a future of sustainable development.
