The event, commemorating 80 years since the August Revolution and National Day (2/9), was directed by the Hanoi People's Committee, in collaboration with the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and Vietsoftpro Corporation. Thousands of spectators at Turtle Tower and around the lake experienced five water screens used as projection surfaces, combined with light, lasers, and music to create a novel visual effect.

The program showcased significant moments in Hanoi's history, culture, and people: from King Ly Cong Uan's transfer of the capital, the legend of Hoan Kiem Lake with Le Loi returning the sacred sword, to the August Revolution of 1945, and the moment President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square.
The audience was transported back in time through this open public art space, while also experiencing the capital's daily life through street vendor calls, the sound of cicadas, Hanoi's autumn scenery, and images of the country at peace.

Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietsoftpro Corporation, representing the organizing unit, shared that "Radiant Hanoi" was special for both the audience and the production team. The team wanted to give the city, its people, and the entire country a meaningful art program.
"With the application of 3D mapping technology, water screen systems, light, and lasers, this is truly a feast of light, making Hanoi radiant and shimmering, while telling the story of its history, people, and essence," he added.

He also added that only during the 80th anniversary of National Day could the company organize a program at Hoan Kiem Lake. This was also the first time a mapping program was projected onto five water screens. This task was fortunate for Vietsoftpro, giving them the opportunity to dedicate their passion and love to the capital.

Vietsoftpro has implemented numerous large-scale programs, contributing to honoring the nation's history and culture through 3D mapping light shows. Before "Radiant Hanoi", during the 50th anniversary of national reunification in TP HCM (Ho Chi Minh City), the company also impressed thousands of spectators in Ho Chi Minh City and nationwide with a 3D mapping performance titled "Vietnam in Me".
