The signing ceremony took place on 8/9. Previously, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and Sun Group Joint Stock Company signed a comprehensive partnership agreement across various fields, aiming to develop a world-class aviation-tourism ecosystem in Vietnam.
Speaking at the event, Bui Tuan Anh, general director of SAGS, stated that the services provided to Sun Group's airline include passenger services, cargo handling, in-flight meals, and other support services. He emphasized the shared goal of synchronizing and optimizing the customer experience at airports served by Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

SAGS has over 20 years of experience providing services to more than 60 domestic and international airlines at Da Nang and Cam Ranh airports.
In 2024, SAGS partnered with HGS to expand operations at Long Thanh International Airport, a major aviation hub in the region. SAGS has a professional staff and modern equipment, committed to meeting the standards of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the specific requirements of each customer.
According to Nguyen Manh Quan, general director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, the 8/9 event demonstrates the commitment of all parties to build high-quality products and services, providing customers with a seamless experience. The airline and the ACV subsidiaries will collaborate to find solutions and share common goals, rather than simply setting requirements. Quan hopes this partnership will enhance the brands of the companies involved and benefit customers.
"Service users are considered customers of both sides, not just Sun PhuQuoc Airways," Quan said.
