Ludo Fourrage, founder and CEO of Nucamp, a leading US technology, programming, and cybersecurity training organization, released the list in April. The 10 prominent startups of 2025 were selected based on various factors: innovation potential; unique technology; average growth rates exceeding competitors by 35%; and leadership and expansion capabilities. Nucamp also consulted with startup experts Sarah Hernandez and Robert Harris to gain practical insights into the elements of a startup's success. Before founding Nucamp, Fourrage spent 18 years in digital learning leadership at Microsoft and was named the 2017 Learning Technology Leader of the Year by Training Magazine. The "10 outstanding tech startups of 2025" list offers a global perspective on potential markets, attracting investment from global tech experts and informing Nucamp's training programs.
According to Fourrage, Vietnamese tech startups are attracting significant global attention in 2025, boasting a growth rate of 28.36%. Policies promoting digital transformation and a young workforce are accelerating this growth, making Vietnam a hub for technological advancement.
Among the 5 Vietnamese startups, the first is MindX, a technology school partnering with over 400 companies to create practical learning opportunities. MindX aims to reach 150,000 students by 2025. By integrating new technologies like AI, blockchain, and data science into education, the school maintains a high employment rate, with 98% of graduates finding jobs within three months of graduation.

M Village, led by CEO Nguyen Hai Ninh, is described by Fourrage as having "completely changed the co-living market in Vietnam since 2021, creating ideal spaces for young people to thrive." The startup currently has around 50 accommodations with a 90-95% occupancy rate.
According to Nucamp, M Village creates living experiences with workspaces, dining venues, and community activities relevant to young people, entrepreneurs, tourists, and remote workers. The spaces are designed for young urbanites seeking flexibility, with amenities like co-working spaces, community events, and on-site wellness services.
"What sets them apart is how they combine technology with community living by partnering with VinHMS to implement a smart management system across all properties, making everything from check-in to maintenance seamless," Fourrage explains.
Fundiin, a successful fintech startup, operates in a sector projected to grow at a CAGR of over 45% by 2028. Last year, it became the first buy-now-pay-later service provider to collaborate with the National Credit Information Center. According to Fourrage, this is a step forward in fast and accurate credit assessment. The company's network includes over 600 retailers across Vietnam, including major names like Lotte Cinema, Pharmacity, and Guardian.
"What's great is how they make financial services more accessible in a country where only 4% of the population has credit cards. Their technology platform combines eKYC and credit scoring algorithms, making it easy for users to get started," Fourrage notes.

Fourrage affirms Vietnam's bright technological future with over 5,000 startups in 2025. The market benefits from 70% of the population being under 35 years old, implying a tech-savvy generation bringing fresh ideas. The Vietnamese government is actively supporting the technological revolution with various policies.
