The groundbreaking ceremony for the "Happy Classroom - Imprint of Tomorrow" project took place on 3/6. This collaborative initiative by ABBank and the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund (BTTEVN) features two robust classrooms, totaling 137 square meters, constructed to Ministry of Education and Training standards.
Funding for the project comes from contributions by ABBank employees nationwide. This initiative aims to provide local children with improved, safer learning environments and enhance the quality of their care and education.

Hnol Kindergarten serves 272 students, with over 80% belonging to the Bahnar ethnic group. The school operates one main campus and five satellite campuses, spread across various villages, the most distant being about 5 km from the center. Many current classrooms are dilapidated, featuring small spaces and low roofs, which impede students' learning and daily activities.
"Each classroom represents an investment of faith in the future generation. We hope these new spaces will become a loving 'common home' for students, alongside their teachers and friends, helping to create a foundation for their comprehensive physical and mental development," stated Do Lam Dien, a member of ABBank's Board of Directors, at the groundbreaking ceremony.

A representative from the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund acknowledged ABBank as a consistent partner in programs supporting disadvantaged children, particularly in education.
"ABBank's partnership has significantly improved learning conditions for children in disadvantaged areas. Through the project at Hnol Kindergarten, we aim to provide students from satellite campuses with opportunities for more focused and convenient learning, thereby fostering greater motivation for their comprehensive development in the future," stated Nguyen Thi Hien, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund (BTTEVN).
During the ceremony, ABBank and the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund (BTTEVN) also provided cash assistance to 25 disadvantaged students and donated 115 backpacks.

For many years, ABBank has consistently engaged in community initiatives, focusing on three core areas: education, healthcare, and environmental protection. The bank has implemented numerous programs, including school construction, scholarship awards, support for disadvantaged children, and participation in social welfare activities across various localities.
ABBank representatives emphasize that sustainable development is a guiding principle for the bank. Beyond major initiatives, ABBank also runs a series of volunteer programs called "Happy Weekend Day," involving employees nationwide. The bank plans to organize approximately 45 child support programs in the near future, encompassing activities like teaching, recreational events, and gift-giving for students in various communities.
In addition to its work in education, healthcare, and environmental protection, ABBank is actively advancing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. These range from green finance to environmental and social risk management, aligning with international standards. This commitment serves as a foundation for ABBank to achieve sustainable growth and create lasting value for its customers, the community, and the economy.
