As a member of the VPBank financial ecosystem, the OPES booth, located on Prosperity Boulevard within "VPBank Cashless City", offered a vibrant space with engaging experiences and interactive activities. This central area at Digital Finance Day 2026 drew many families, groups of young people, and other visitors.
One popular activity was a mobile interactive game, where players navigated a character through obstacles and unexpected situations to reach the finish line safely. With its "easy to play, easy to win" mechanism, this activity became a highlight at the booth, with many families and young groups eagerly participating to test their skills and compete for scores.

After completing the game, visitors could tackle a challenge by answering short questions about OPES products and services. Successful participants received tickets to the E-Concert grand music festival, LynkiD reward points, and branded souvenir gifts.
Crucially, the booth's activities also integrated knowledge about digital insurance in an intuitive and accessible way. Through simulated real-life scenarios, visitors naturally discovered their needs and understood the vital role of solutions that protect assets, minimize unforeseen financial losses, and provide long-term peace of mind.
Phuong Linh, 38, from TP HCM, shared that she previously rarely researched insurance, finding the products complex. After her experience at the event, she recognized many solutions could help reduce costs associated with valuable assets like homes or cars.

In addition to interactive activities, OPES also showcased its digital insurance solutions available on online platforms. Among these, O.Car car physical damage insurance and O.House home insurance garnered significant interest at the event.
For O.Car, OPES applies AI technology to its assessment process and implements a fast-track automatic claims feature. Customers can initiate a claim, photograph damages and relevant documents, then review results and confirm the compensation plan directly on their phone. This allows users to have their insurance claims processed and receive disbursements in just 30 minutes, a significant improvement from the previous wait of several business days.
"With just a few simple steps, I can submit documents online through the app anytime, anywhere, without needing to visit a physical transaction point. This is a major advantage for busy people like me," shared Quoc Hung, 33, at the event.

Meanwhile, O.House home insurance was developed for various customer groups, including homeowners, tenants, or those entrusted with managing and using property. Through a streamlined online registration process, customers can sign up and receive their home insurance certificate in just a few steps.
Costing from 1,000 dong per day, O.House helps protect homes and their contents against risks such as fire and natural disasters. Customers also receive assistance with rental costs, up to 5 million dong per month for a maximum of three months after a loss, by submitting quick online claims.

An OPES representative stated that the company has integrated technology into many stages of the insurance process. Instead of keeping numerous records and documents as before, customers can manage and monitor their contracts online via the application. Information regarding insurance benefits, transaction history, and contract status are all digitized, making retrieval more convenient.
"Thanks to technology, asset protection solutions are becoming simpler, more convenient, and creating more value for users. We aim to bring peace of mind and accompany customers on their journey to preserve the fruits of their labor and build a more prosperous life every day," an OPES representative shared.
