Aeon Group representatives expressed confidence in the exceptional growth potential of the Vietnamese market, identifying it as a key strategic region for development.
To realize this mission, Aeon is implementing a two-pronged development strategy. The company is restructuring its supply chain and developing private label brands like Topvalu and Home Coordy to ensure quality at reasonable prices. In addition, the company is diversifying its business models and expanding its network from urban centers to local areas. The group considers this the foundation for its long-term vision.

Not limited to retail, Aeon is gradually building an ecosystem by leveraging its comprehensive strengths in areas such as shopping mall development, financial services, and entertainment, contributing to improving the quality of life for Vietnamese people. Furthermore, the philosophy of community engagement remains a core value in the group's development journey.
With a focus on sustainable development, the company concentrates on three pillars: economic, social, and environmental. Aeon hopes to collaborate with the government to achieve sustainable development goals and contribute meaningfully to local prosperity.
To implement these goals, Aeon Group recently announced Tezuka Daisuke as a member of the group's Executive Board, Chief Representative of the group in Vietnam, and the new General Director of Aeon Vietnam. This change is part of the company's personnel restructuring for the 2025 fiscal year.
