Vietnam has become a key link in the global supply chain due to its geographical location, free trade agreements (CPTPP, EVFTA, RCEP), and foreign direct investment, according to VinaSources.
Vietnam’s total import-export turnover reached 610.56 billion USD as of 15/10/2024, a 16.4% increase. Exports reached 315.9 billion USD, up 15.3% year-on-year. Four product groups surpassed the billion-dollar mark: computers and electronic components (55.2 billion USD), phones and components (43.94 billion USD), machinery and equipment (40.16 billion USD), and textiles (28.85 billion USD), according to the Vietnam Customs.

However, trust, standards, and processes are significant barriers in global trade. Vietnamese producers, despite having quality products, face challenges accessing international partners due to a lack of legal transparency and limited export infrastructure. International buyers also struggle to verify production capacity, quality, safety, and environmental certifications, and face logistics and payment risks.

VinaSources addresses three key issues: information transparency, process standardization, and supply chain optimization. The platform utilizes big data for market analysis, AI for order optimization, and blockchain for verification and traceability.
The entire process, from product input and document management to quality control and logistics, is digitized. This allows importers to track orders in real-time and helps Vietnamese producers control progress and mitigate risks.
