The price of RON 95-III gasoline (the most common type on the market) increased by 210 VND to 20,090 VND per liter. E5 RON 92 also increased by 110 VND, reaching 19,460 VND.
Conversely, diesel decreased by 170 VND to 17,900 VND per liter. Compared to 7 days ago, kerosene is priced at 17,810 VND per liter, and mazut is at 15,110 VND.

From 1/8, the two largest petroleum distributors in the market, Petrolimex and PVOIL, will pilot the sale of E10 gasoline—a biofuel blended with 10% ethanol—in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Hai Phong, respectively. This is the first step in the roadmap for a nationwide transition to green fuel, expected to begin in 2026.
