Anphabe and LinkedIn partner to upskill Vietnam's workforce

Anphabe and LinkedIn have partnered to offer over 23,000 courses through LinkedIn Learning, aiming to enhance employee skills and help businesses keep pace with the evolving job market.

Anphabe and LinkedIn have announced a partnership to bring LinkedIn Learning to Vietnam. The platform offers over 23,000 courses covering 41,000 skills, drawing on global career trends from LinkedIn's network of over 1.1 billion members.

Courses are taught by international experts in various formats, including short videos, audio, and live broadcasts, with certificates awarded upon completion. An AI assistant personalizes learning paths based on individual employee skills and goals.

Anphabe's 2024 Human Resources and Workforce Trends Report highlights the high demand for recently emerged roles like data analysts, frontend programmers, and data engineers. This shift requires new skills, especially in the age of AI, such as critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and technological literacy.

Anphabe's survey reveals that 46% of businesses struggle to attract talent. While 64% of employees want to learn new skills, only 22% of businesses invest effectively in online training. Traditional training methods face limitations like high costs, inflexibility, and difficulty measuring effectiveness.

Effective training today focuses not just on what to learn, but how to learn. Concise, practical, and engaging programs that allow immediate skill application are key for businesses to thrive. The skills gap presents both a challenge and an opportunity for businesses that invest strategically in training and development.

Thanh Nguyen, CEO and Chief Happiness Officer at Anphabe, emphasizes that with the constant evolution of AI and business models, learning is not just about acquiring expertise, but also about adaptability and creativity. "Businesses that don't continuously upskill their workforce will quickly be left behind," she said.

According to Nguyen, learning now encompasses adaptability, problem-solving, and creativity, in addition to specialized knowledge. This shift increases the demand for new skills, creating both pressure and opportunities for employees to excel.

Atul Harkisanka, LinkedIn's Regional Business Development Director, agrees that continuous learning is a major competitive advantage in the AI era. "LinkedIn Learning, with its global content library and personalization technology, will empower Vietnamese professionals to adapt and embrace the future," he said.

This partnership is a strategic step in Anphabe's commitment to providing not only smart recruitment solutions but also a modern, personalized training ecosystem for comprehensive employee development. This approach aims to strengthen Vietnamese businesses from the ground up by focusing on human capital, laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth in today's dynamic market.
