Since entering the Vietnamese market in 2019, BEST Inc. has gradually expanded its scale and invested in modern technology to develop a comprehensive logistics ecosystem. After 6 years of operation, BEST Express, the company's express delivery business, has marked its growth with a network of 950 post offices nationwide, including nearly 800 franchised post offices, becoming one of the express delivery companies with the highest number of franchised post offices in the industry. The entire system has more than 8,500 shippers responsible for delivering and receiving goods at post offices and directly to customers, contributing to ensuring delivery speed and quality.
In addition, BEST has invested heavily in infrastructure with 39 sorting centers, including large centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, equipped with high-capacity automatic sorting systems. More than 3,000 employees are working at these centers as well as at operating offices, supporting operations such as customer care, quality management, and network operation. This is an important foundation for BEST to maintain its capacity to handle millions of parcels every day, meeting the booming demand of the Vietnamese e-commerce market.

The company has implemented a comprehensive quality control process, from picking up goods at the shop, sorting, to delivering them to customers. In addition, BEST's shipper team is regularly trained in service skills, communication, and situation handling to enhance the customer experience.
