In 2021, the bank launched its first high-net-worth individual client center in Hanoi, expanding to Ho Chi Minh City in 2024. The commencement of operations for the southern high-net-worth individual client center branch marks another step in BIDV's strategy to expand its Private Banking ecosystem in line with international standards.
