According to the organizers, the award assesses the "durability" of business models. After 6 years in the digital financial ecosystem, TNEX has demonstrated efficient self-operation, balancing growth speed with financial discipline. Its fully online operating model, independent of physical branches, provides a competitive cost advantage. Streamlining operations through digitalization helped reduce the cost-to-income ratio (CIR) by 20% last year.

Instead of maintaining expensive physical infrastructure investment costs, TNEX focuses resources on process optimization. By applying artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, financial approval processes are shortened to just 5 seconds. The efficiency gained from reducing these operating costs directly contributes to profit margins, helping the business strengthen its financial foundation for continued reinvestment in technology and customer experience.
Recently, TNEX shifted its focus from expanding customer scale to enhancing asset quality and strengthening financial capacity. In 2025, the bank completed a charter capital increase to 1,500 ty dong, creating additional room for developing specialized financial products.
TNEX's total assets in 2025 increased by 84%, and revenue from key products rose 7 times compared to the same period. Meanwhile, the early debt ratio decreased by 30% even as outstanding debt increased more than three times.

Within the strategic vision of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB), TNEX serves as a channel to reach young customers and a crucial link in the digital financial value chain. The synergy between TNEX's flexible technology platform and MSB's financial potential and management experience has created a "three-pronged approach": rapid growth, risk control, and financial efficiency.
Continued deep cooperation with partners such as ZaloPay, Viettel Post, MISA, and KiotViet also helps TNEX expand its individual customer base, thereby effectively penetrating the small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) community.
A TNEX representative stated that the "best digital bank in Vietnam 2026" award acknowledges its efficient and sustainable development strategy amidst an increasingly competitive digital financial market.
