Specifically, revenue from real estate activities increased 7% year-on-year, while the hotel and services segment increased by nearly 30%. Room occupancy rates at the facilities improved compared to last year. In the first half, the company put Soul Boutique Phu Quoc and Holiday Inn Vientiane (Laos) into operation, contributing to the more than twofold increase in gross profit of this service business segment.
According to the periodical report sent to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), as of 30/6, the company's undistributed after-tax profit was approximately 2,380 billion VND, an increase of about 4% compared to the same period last year. Owner's equity increased 3.3% to 7,275 billion VND. BIM Land said these results stemmed from strengthened cost control and improved business efficiency after a period of heavy investment in projects.

In the first half, BIM Land introduced several key projects such as Thanh Xuan Valley, SkyM, and Sora Bay. They also put the 5-star InterContinental Halong Bay resort into operation from July. These are considered to be the basis for the company's expectation of strong revenue growth in the last six months and high profits for the entire year.
