The program, an educational development support project, is funded by the DB Kim Jun Ki Culture Foundation, DBI Korea Insurance Company, and Saigon - Hanoi Insurance Corporation (BSH). It aims to recognize academic achievements and offer students more learning opportunities and skill development.

Recently, the foundation awarded 45 scholarships to students from nine universities affiliated with VECOMNET. These institutions include: Vietnam National University of Agriculture, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Thuy Loi University, Hanoi Open University, Academy of Policy and Development, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Hanoi University of Industrial Textile Garment and Fashion, Banking Academy, and University of Transport Technology.

Each university received five scholarships, totaling 360 million VND. Each scholarship includes 3 million VND in cash, along with a course and practical software valued at 5 million VND, designed to help students expand their knowledge and improve practical skills.
According to a representative of the organizing committee, the program offers financial support, encourages a spirit of learning, and promotes the value of sharing within the community.

The DB Kim Jun Ki Culture Foundation, established in 1988, is the organization responsible for the social activities of DB Group (Korea). Over the past 10 years, the foundation has implemented many educational support programs in Vietnam, focusing on scholarships, educational assistance, and research, guided by its philosophy: "The sustainable sponsorship for dream big."

Currently, the DB Kim Jun Ki Foundation and DBI Korea Insurance Company are implementing educational support projects in various locations, including Hanoi, TP HCM, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, and Hai Duong. The total scholarship value is approximately 130 million won, equivalent to about 2,6 billion VND. A BSH representative stated that investing in education and the younger generation is a key part of the company's sustainable development strategy. In March 2026, the scholarship program, sponsored by the DB Kim Jun Ki Foundation and DBI, and in collaboration with BSH and VECOM, will continue to be implemented at numerous universities nationwide.
