The meeting's main focus was to appoint personnel for the remainder of the 2023-2028 term. The meeting elected three new members to the board of directors: Baek Shin Woong, Do Dang Khang, and Nguyen Tat Thang, and one new member to the supervisory board: Dang Viet Dinh. The same morning, the board of directors held its first meeting and elected Do Dang Khang as the new general director of BSH.

Do Dang Khang, born in 1985, has over 15 years of experience in the non-life insurance sector. Before joining BSH, he held several senior management positions at major domestic and international companies. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of insurance products and services, promoted technology application, and digital transformation.

"In a rapidly changing insurance market, I will work with all BSH staff to build BSH into a streamlined, modern, reputable, and sustainably developing insurance company," Do Dang Khang said upon accepting his new role.

The resolutions passed at the meeting, along with the appointment of the new general director, are expected to contribute to BSH's comprehensive restructuring, accelerate digital transformation, and enhance service quality. This is especially important given the changing technological landscape and customer demands in the insurance market. BSH is currently finalizing its application for official approval from the Ministry of Finance according to current regulations.
