BVBank offers SME and household business loans from 5%

BVBank launches two loan packages to provide capital for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and household businesses, with simple procedures and principal grace periods of up to 36 months.

The "Business Asset Accumulation - Building a Legacy" loan program for purchasing business properties offers borrowers access to loans with numerous benefits. The loan term is up to 25 years, with a principal grace period of up to 36 months. Interest rates are flexible, starting from 5% per year or fixed for the first 24 months. The loan amount is unlimited and assessed based on each customer's specific needs.

The loan approval process is designed to be simple, suitable for various business scales. Revenue can be verified through various methods, including tax declarations, payment account transactions, data from sales and delivery apps, management software, or internal records. A bank representative stated that, from a market perspective, this program is timely and suitable for the current needs of many customers seeking premises and long-term business expansion instead of renting.

In addition, to further support the diverse production and business needs of household businesses and SMEs, BVBank is also launching the "Reliable Partnership" program. This loan package has a transparent credit limit approval mechanism based on clear financial data such as declared tax amounts, CASA balances, or term deposit balances. Customers can receive loan limits of up to 20 times their CASA balance or twice their term deposit balance, with preferential interest rates from 5.99% per year. Simple documentation and quick approval at transaction points help customers easily access capital.

Nguyen Chanh Trung, Deputy Director of the Retail Banking Division at BVBank, said the two new loan programs were developed based on the actual business needs of household businesses and SMEs. Capital is always an essential factor but also a constant concern for many customers, as the credit access process remains complex. If not addressed promptly, capital needs can become a bottleneck, hindering the development of the private sector.

Based on this reality, BVBank proactively deploys suitable loan packages for each customer segment at the right time. "We offer two preferential loan programs to effectively support customers, especially in the context of the country's strong push to develop the private economic sector," Trung said. He also expressed hope that with the bank's support, household businesses and SMEs will overcome capital difficulties and feel more secure in their financial plans to expand their operations.

Along with these loan packages, BVBank is also expanding its support ecosystem with the Digistore platform. This platform is a comprehensive digital solution that helps household businesses and SMEs effectively manage operations such as sales, electronic invoicing, document tracking, and quick, transparent tax data connection. The combination of preferential capital and modern management tools offers customers a dual advantage: ensuring stable capital flow and optimizing operational efficiency, creating a solid foundation for long-term development.

Established in 1992, BVBank has a 32-year history of development and 10 years of innovation. On 1/12/2023, the bank launched a new logo to synchronize its brand identity with its new name, BVBank. The bank aims to become a modern, multi-functional retail bank, focusing on individual and SME customers.

The bank also plans to become a rapidly and effectively digitally transformed bank; achieving numerous awards for digital transformation, user-friendly mobile banking solutions, and excellent brand management systems. In 2024, Napas recognized BVBank as a Dynamic Bank in project cooperation and implementation and a Leading Bank in implementing innovative projects.

This year, the bank received four major card awards from JCB Vietnam, including: Leading Bank in transaction growth rate, total sales, credit card activation rate, and activated card quantity growth.
