Cen Land distributes An Zen Residences project

Cen Land has been selected by Nam Long ADC as a strategic partner to distribute the newly launched An Zen Residences project in Hai Phong.

With Nam Long ADC's project development experience and Cen Land's distribution strength, An Zen Residences is expected to open up new housing options for thousands of young families, officials, and employees. The project aims to offer affordability while ensuring quality of life. The two companies aim to bring the affordable housing segment back to the northern market.

Nam Long ADC is a member of Nam Long Group, a real estate developer with 32 years of experience adhering to the philosophy of "sustainable development for the community." The company has five completed EHome-branded affordable housing projects in the south. Each project is tailored to local characteristics, optimizing selling price, area, functionality, and amenities to meet practical housing needs.

EHome was born from understanding the housing concerns of young Vietnamese people facing rapidly increasing apartment prices, lagging savings, and the pressure of long-term loans. Accordingly, EHome projects are developed based on the philosophy of 3Es: Economy, Efficiency, and Ecology.

For Nam Long ADC, each EHome apartment is not just a place to live but a foundation for improving the quality of life for the community. "The core value lies not in the number of apartments sold but in providing stable housing opportunities for tens of thousands of families," a company representative shared.

Sharing the same orientation, for the past 23 years, Cen Land has focused on affordable and sustainable housing rather than following the trend of luxury development. The company recognizes that escalating house prices make it difficult for most people to access housing. "Affordable housing products are a segment that has both social significance and serves as a driving force for sustainable development," a Cen Land representative emphasized.

Accordingly, the company focuses on seeking, cooperating with, and distributing projects with reasonable prices that still ensure quality of life, amenities, and convenient locations, contributing to solving the housing problem for millions of middle-income customers.

According to the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), the current market mainly offers high-end and luxury apartments, with almost no commercial apartments under 60 million VND per square meter. The lack of affordable housing supply makes it difficult for many young families to access housing, forcing them to choose loan options beyond their capacity or move further from the city center. Many experts believe that this segment plays an important role in balancing supply and demand, supporting social security, and ensuring sustainable market development.
