Centa Riverside accelerates completion of internal amenities

The Centa Riverside developer is implementing several internal amenity projects in Quarter III, such as the main gate, kindergarten, park, and sports area, to complete the living space at the project.

In September, the developer will inaugurate five main gates, aiming for a gated community model to enhance security. Previously, construction of the international kindergarten within the urban area also began. It is surrounded by greenery and a playground.

Public spaces, including the riverside park, central park, and internal relaxation gardens, are nearing completion. A highlight at Centa Riverside is the Tao Khe riverside park, not only a place for strolling and enjoying the scenery but also integrated with a children's playground and an outdoor BBQ area.

In the future, the project will continue to develop the sports park, with the first item being a pickleball court. This chain of amenities is expected to contribute to forming an ecosystem, from education and entertainment to health training, serving the daily living needs of residents.

The groundbreaking and acceleration of the construction of a series of amenities are taking place in the context of regional infrastructure being promoted by many large transportation projects. Gia Binh international airport is expected to become the gateway connecting the Hanoi - Quang Ninh - Hai Phong economic triangle. According to the plan, Gia Binh Airport is an international airport, serving both civil and national security and defense purposes. The project is expected to have a capacity of 50 million passengers per year and 4 runways by 2050.

Along with this is the road connecting Gia Binh Airport (Bac Ninh) with Hanoi, expected to be 40 km long and 120 m wide, with a total investment of 71,150 billion VND. The starting point is at the airport in Gia Binh district, and the endpoint is at the intersection of the Tu Lien bridge approach road with the Ring Road 3 in Hanoi. The section in Bac Ninh is 21 km long, with an estimated investment cost of 28,700 billion VND. The 14 km section in Hanoi is estimated to cost 42,450 billion VND. An urban railway line along this connecting road is also being studied.

In addition, the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong international intermodal railway line with Trung Mau station is oriented to be both a railway station and a metro station, directly connecting to the airport. Upon completion, these projects are expected to form an interconnected transportation network, increasing the attractiveness of urban areas along the route.

Located near Trung Mau station and the road connecting Gia Binh Airport to Hanoi, the Centa Riverside project benefits from convenient connections to the center as well as neighboring provinces. This location is expected to support housing needs while also opening up the potential for future service businesses such as retail, accommodation, and logistics, depending on the level of completion of the regional infrastructure.

This is the final and most upscale low-rise subdivision in the VSIP Bac Ninh mega-urban area, with the main product being a limited number of villas along the Tao Khe river. The developer expects prices to start from 58 million VND per square meter, along with flexible sales policies such as loan support up to 70% of the product value, principal grace period, and interest exemption for 24 months.

According to the developer, the project's prospects are tied to the progress of key transportation infrastructure, which is expected to be completed in stages until 2026. When major projects come into operation, regional connectivity will improve, creating more demand for housing, work, and services. Meanwhile, the gradual availability of internal amenities helps the project be ready to welcome residents, shortening the gap between the plan and the actual experience.
