Chubb Life Vietnam partners with ZaloPay to distribute online insurance

Chubb Life Vietnam has partnered to distribute a term life insurance product on the ZaloPay application, with premiums starting from 13,000 dong per month and maximum benefits of one billion dong.

Under the partnership agreement, Chubb Life Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Chubb Life Vietnam) will distribute an annual renewable term life insurance product on the ZaloPay application under the trade name "Nha Minh An".

Nha Minh An is a term life insurance solution providing financial protection against the risk of death, helping customers prepare for events that could impact family finances. The product offers a maximum sum insured of one billion dong, depending on customer choice, with benefits paying 100% of the insured value upon an event covered by the policy.

Premiums start from 13,000 dong per month, allowing customers to choose monthly or annual payments to suit their needs and financial capacity. Users can learn about and register for the insurance directly on the ZaloPay application.

A company representative stated that the product targets customers seeking financial foresight for themselves and their families, especially those raising young children, caring for parents, or supporting dependents. This initiative is part of Chubb Life Vietnam's strategy to expand its digital distribution channels, providing customers with easier access to protection solutions through everyday online platforms.

Sang Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Chubb Life Vietnam and President of Chubb Life Southeast Asia and New Zealand, noted that the partnership with ZaloPay combines Chubb Life's insurance expertise with the convenience of a digital platform. This simplifies access to financial protection solutions.

"We believe financial protection solutions should be simple, practical, and accessible. With 'Nha Minh An', customers gain a convenient way to protect what matters in life: their families, their future, and their peace of mind," he said.

For ZaloPay, distributing insurance aligns with its direction of expanding financial utilities on the application, alongside existing payment and money transfer services.

Le Lan Chi, CEO of ZaloPay, stated that the platform aims to meet more of users' financial needs, including preparing for life's risks.

"With 'Nha Minh An', users have another practical financial protection option directly on the familiar ZaloPay application. This is how we continue to connect financial utilities with real-life needs, providing a simpler, more convenient, and seamless experience," she shared.
