The annual HR Asia Awards, organized by HR Asia magazine, recognize companies with outstanding human resources policies, competitive compensation, and engaging work environments. Companies are evaluated based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) along with in-depth interviews. This ensures objectivity and adherence to stringent criteria related to employee engagement, sustainable development, and multi-generational collaboration.
In addition to "Asia's Best Workplace", Chubb Life Vietnam also received two other awards this year: "Most Caring Company" and "Sustainable Workplace".
