VPBankS named best workplace in Asia 2025

VPBank Securities (VPBankS) has been awarded "Best Workplace in Asia 2025" by HR Asia Magazine at the HR Asia Awards 2025.

The HR Asia Awards is an annual event organized by HR Asia Magazine, honoring companies with excellent human resource strategies, comprehensive benefit policies, and sustainable development cultures. This year's theme, "Multi-Generation Synergy," recognizes organizations that have demonstrated excellence in adapting to and managing generational differences, maximizing the power of a diverse workforce.

Participating companies are assessed according to international standards, including independent research on reputation and work environment, surveys based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), and direct interviews with company management and expert teams. VPBankS's award was determined after three rounds of surveys and interviews comprehensively evaluating employee engagement, human resource management practices, and corporate culture orientation.

"This award is a testament to VPBankS's commitment to investing in our people and a culture of continuous learning. A happy, fair, and creative environment is the foundation for each individual to excel and for the company to develop sustainably," said Nguyen Thanh Hoa, Director of Human Resources at VPBankS.

Previously, VPBankS was also honored at the HR Excellence Awards in the "Training and Development" category, one of the most competitive categories of the award, recognizing excellent strategies and practices in human resource management in Vietnam.

VPBankS is the only securities member in the financial ecosystem of Vietnam Prosperity Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank). Before joining, the company had fewer than 20 employees. After more than three years, the number of employees has increased to over 680 by the end of Quarter II/2025. At the end of the first half of the year, total assets reached over 50,900 billion VND, ranking third in the market; owner's equity and profit are among the top 5 largest securities companies in Vietnam.

According to a company representative, these achievements in human resources and business are the foundation for VPBankS to consolidate its position as a leading employer while spreading positive values about workplace standards in the financial and securities industry.

The company currently offers a diverse ecosystem of products, operated by a team of experts and a modern technology platform, meeting the needs of both individual and institutional clients. VPBankS aims to become a leading financial technology institution in Vietnam while building a comprehensive destination for all financial and investment needs with a simple and user-friendly experience.
