Clarion Partners Europe announced the acquisition of a 41,000 m2 logistics facility in the town of Dürrholz, western Germany, on behalf of one of its co-mingled investment funds.
The asset was completed in multiple phases between 2006 and 2019. It is fully leased under a long-term agreement to European B2B tire distributor Best4Tires, serving as its primary storage and distribution hub in Germany.
The building features full led lighting and holds a BREEAM "Very Good" green building certification. This property is strategically located in the Koblenz market area, close to the A3 highway, a vital transport artery connecting Europe's two major economic regions: Rhein-Ruhr and Rhine-Main.
