Greenfeed records profit increase

Greenfeed Vietnam's pre-tax profit for 2025 reached 4,594 billion VND, a 78% increase from 2024, with after-tax profit at 3,657 billion VND, up 74%.

According to data from the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Greenfeed Vietnam saw a significant surge in profitability during 2025. The company's pre-tax profit reached 4,594 billion VND, a 78% increase from 2024, while after-tax profit rose 74% to 3,657 billion VND. This growth momentum was evident from the first half of the year, with after-tax profit hitting 1,715 billion VND, a 152% increase year-on-year, a positive trend that continued throughout the year.

Alongside its increased scale, Greenfeed improved its profitability metrics. Return on assets (ROA) rose from 18,96% to 22,72%, and return on equity (ROE) increased from 34,87% to 39,63%. These figures position Greenfeed among the top performers in the agriculture and food sector.

The company also strengthened its financial stability. Its current ratio increased from 1.70 to 1.97, and the interest coverage ratio improved from 22 times to nearly 40 times. In 2025, Greenfeed's charter capital saw a substantial 240% increase, growing from 1,507 billion VND to 5,125 billion VND. This strategic move boosted the company's equity to 9,228 billion VND, a 53% rise compared to the end of 2024. Furthermore, the debt-to-asset ratio decreased from 0.46 to 0.43, indicating a stronger balance sheet.

With over two decades in the agriculture and food industry, Greenfeed remains committed to building sustainable values for customers and communities. The company actively integrates corporate social responsibility (CSR) into its operations, demonstrating a dedication beyond financial performance.

In 2025, Greenfeed contributed over 15 billion VND to support flood-affected residents in Vietnam's northern and central regions, aiding them in rebuilding their lives. The company also donated 9 tons of G Kitchen instant sausages and pate to approximately 2,750 households in Gia Lai and Dak Lak. This urgent shipment aimed to meet the essential needs of residents facing limited resources after severe floods.

Greenfeed's community support extends beyond Vietnam. In 2025, the company provided over 550 million VND to assist the Myanmar community in recovering from earthquake damage. A Greenfeed representative stated, "We pursue sustainable growth through responsible business, ensuring every step contributes practical value to the entire ecosystem."

The "Empowering Farmers" (Tiep suc nha nong) program, launched by Greenfeed in 2010, continues as a key initiative to improve livelihoods for disadvantaged farming households. This program offers interest-free loans, animal feed, technical training, and scholarships for the children of participating families. By 2025, the program had invested nearly 85 billion VND and distributed almost 960 tons of animal feed. Focusing primarily on rural women, the initiative aims to empower them to increase their income, stabilize their lives, and invest in their children's education.
