Now in its 12th year, the conference, themed "Code the Future - Programming the Future", presented a comprehensive overview of work trends in the digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) era. The event also unveiled the "Best Workplaces in Vietnam" 2025 ranking, based on a survey of over 73,000 respondents, including over 7,000 students, evaluating over 650 businesses. This year's program also honored two additional award categories: "Most Attractive Employer Brand for Vietnamese Students" and "Happy Workforce Certification", reflecting more extensively on employee experiences and employer appeal. |

Speaking at the conference's opening, Vo Tan Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), stated that 2025 is a pivotal moment. He noted that AI and automation are reshaping business operations, requiring leaders to "reprogram" organizations and upskill teams for adaptation and breakthrough. The businesses honored at the conference are those committed to a human-centric development philosophy, resilient in overcoming changes, and proactive in creating happy work environments. |

In the mid-sized enterprise category, PepsiCo Foods Vietnam maintained its number 1 position in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025. This marks the third consecutive year and the 11th time the company has appeared in the ranking. |

For the large enterprise category, Unilever Vietnam secured the number 1 position. Having operated in Vietnam for nearly three decades, the company has consistently been recognized as number 1 in the large enterprise ranking and top 1 in the Consumer Goods (Food and Non-Food) sector. |

A highlight of the conference was the exclusive report "Code the Future - Programming the Future", presented by Thanh Nguyen, Anphabe's CEO and Happiness Inspiration Officer, and Luu Bao Van, Research Director at Intage Vietnam.
