On 17/3, the Da Nang Department of Construction announced that the investor of the social housing project in Nam Cau Cam Le residential area, Hoa Xuan ward, is accepting applications from residents interested in purchasing units.

The complex includes three social housing blocks with a total of 1.040 apartments (XH1 has 424 units, XH2 has 411 units, and XH3 has 205 units), along with a commercial block and integrated technical infrastructure. The total investment is estimated at approximately 1.737 billion dong.
During this phase, the investor is offering 849 units for sale (comprising 336 units in block XH1, 345 units in block XH2, and 168 units in block XH3), with a price of about 20,68 million dong per square meter.
Those interested in purchasing social housing can submit applications directly, online via postal service, or through their workplace, which will then forward them to the investor. The investor will accept applications for one month, from 16/4 to 16/5.
Da Nang currently has over 17.500 social housing units available for sale or rent, primarily located in central and suburban areas. Social housing prices in the city range from approximately 16 million to 20,8 million dong per square meter, including VAT. Some projects offer small-sized units starting from 518 million dong per unit.
In 2025, the city completed five projects, totaling over 2.900 units, exceeding its target by about 8%. Following the merger with Quang Nam from 1/7, the new city's social housing completion target is nearly 29.000 units by 2030. This year, Da Nang expects to complete nearly 5.000 units, double last year's figure, representing 23% of the current total supply.
