The current rental market information is primarily dispersed across various platforms and relies heavily on agents, creating difficulties for new renters, particularly foreigners, the developers explained. DomDom offers a standardized format for listings, including photos, dimensions, and rental terms. All posts are reviewed to minimize ambiguity and misinformation. A review feature, added in June, allows renters to share their experiences.

Beyond renter support, the platform also optimizes use for real estate agents and agencies, aiming to digitize the industry. Future plans include a certification mechanism and data tools to enhance the credibility of the brokerage sector. The name "DomDom," inspired by "Landmark" and "Starting Point," reflects the company's vision. DomDom International Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.
