Truong Gia Khanh, Director of DTS Semiconductor, part of the DTS Digital Transformation Alliance, said the partnership will help the company proactively access and train young engineers and technicians, proficient in practical skills and ready to work in a high-tech environment.
"To build national competitiveness in the semiconductor field, we need a young, creative workforce with a solid foundation and practical skills. This collaboration aims to address this issue," Khanh said.
Tran Van Nam, Director of FPT Polytechnic Ho Chi Minh City, sees this as an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, clarify their career paths, and improve their ability to meet market demands after graduation. "The partnership with DTS Semiconductor creates stable, long-term job opportunities for our graduates, helping us adjust the curriculum to better suit market needs and the company's requirements," Nam said.
DTS Semiconductor aims to train and supply 50,000 semiconductor professionals to the domestic and international markets by 2035, in collaboration with its partner ecosystem. The company states this workforce will be trained to international standards to participate in the global semiconductor supply chain, contributing to enhanced competitiveness and attracting foreign investment to Vietnam.
