Dubai South, Dubai's largest master-planned city, has announced plans to build a new multi-functional logistics complex spanning over 20,000 m2 within its Logistics District. The new project will comprise flexible warehouse units designed to meet diverse business needs, fostering growth and enhancing competitiveness in the regional market.
Dubai South's Logistics District is located near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port – two of the UAE's most important transportation hubs. This strategic location facilitates seamless domestic and international supply chain connections for businesses.

Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, stated the company's commitment to providing innovative, flexible, and sustainable solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency. "The launch of these multi-user logistics facilities is a significant step demonstrating our support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing modern infrastructure in a strategic location, aligning with regional and global market needs," he said.
The warehouse units will be available in two sizes: 200 m2 and 350 m2. This flexible space model allows businesses to easily expand their operations as needed. All facilities will be temperature-controlled to ensure optimal storage conditions for goods and services. The project adheres to sustainability standards, promoting green development and energy conservation.
Dubai South announced the project is slated for completion and operation in Q1/2026.
Dubai South is the largest master-planned city in Dubai, built in line with the government's strategic direction to promote sustainable economic development. Spanning over 145 km2, Dubai South integrates various functional areas, including a logistics center, aviation district, free trade zone, and residential areas. It is also home to Al Maktoum International Airport, the world's largest airport by design capacity and a key logistics hub in the Middle East.
