This expansion comes as livestreaming becomes a crucial sales channel requiring more systematic operations. As a result, after leveraging this data, G2 Store gradually standardized its livestream operations, from content development to product catalog optimization, enhancing conversion efficiency during broadcast sessions.
Concurrently, AI technology contributes to boosting performance and automating operational processes, particularly beneficial for small and medium-sized entities with limited resources. Shopee AI Chatbot enables sellers to maintain continuous interaction with customers, quickly handling repetitive questions such as order status, size, or delivery time. This improves the customer experience and contributes to increasing conversion rates through timely responses.

Long Hung TechZone recorded March revenue that almost doubled compared to the previous month, while also improving average order value.
