East Coast Warehouse & Distribution will launch its first facility in Texas, located at the Baytown 146 Development in Chambers County. This expansion aims to enhance its temperature-controlled logistics network for the food and beverage industry. The project represents a total investment of 57,5 million USD and is expected to create 65 new jobs.

The new facility is situated at 9200 FM 1405, Baytown, Texas, approximately 22,5 km from Barbour's Cut Port and 29 km from Bayport Container Terminal. The cold storage warehouse spans nearly 29,900 m2, built on a 26,300 m2 plot. An additional 34,400 m2 is designated for parking and storage of about 275 trailers and containers. This project will offer public warehouse services and serve as an operating base for Safeway Trucking, the company's transportation unit. Operations are scheduled to commence in May 2026.
