Previously, the bakery primarily served individual customers with small orders that didn't require invoices. With a staff of about 10, the long-standing brand attracted customers with its quality products and traditional flavors.

According to Nguyen Cam Van, the bakery's owner, the inability to issue invoices for large orders caused the business to miss out on key opportunities.
