Fidelity Fulfilment, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has inaugurated an 88,000 sq ft (approximately 8,175 sq m) order fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This strategic expansion aims to meet the increasing demand from customers across the US and other markets. The company also plans to open another center in Kentucky by 2026, which will complete its nationwide service network, enabling retailers to meet customer delivery expectations from coast to coast.
Stephen Williams, director and co-founder of Fidelity Fulfilment, highlighted the market dynamics driving this expansion: "We are witnessing a clear market shift: many European brands are entering the US market and seeking fulfillment partners capable of integrated, flexible operations across multiple regions." He added that an increasing number of US retailers are expanding from a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model to the B2B channel, creating demand for a partner that can smoothly handle both channels nationwide.
In recent business developments, Fidelity Fulfilment signed a series of global partnership agreements with TRIP, Lapland, Sense Wellness, and Cocoba. Concurrently, it expanded collaborations with Podium Nutrition, Naked Nutrition, Sock Academy, and Artem Straps.
Fidelity Fulfilment currently operates in the UK, Europe, and the US. The company recorded a 25% increase in personnel over the past 12 months and anticipates an additional 20% growth by 2026 as its new US facilities become operational.
