The announcement was made at the company's 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders held on 8/7. Giang has extensive experience in human resources development and corporate culture. She previously served as the chief talent and culture officer at Mekong Capital.
She is currently a member of the corporate culture advisory board of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), a board member of Gelex Group, and an advisor to the members' council of Tan Hiep Phat Group. She is also the co-founder and CEO of Newing, a leadership and corporate culture consulting and training firm.

According to a Filmore Development representative, Giang's appointment aligns with the company's focus on developing leadership resources and building brand identity. She is expected to contribute to enhancing management capabilities, fostering corporate culture, and supporting the company's long-term development strategy.
This is also the first time a woman has joined Filmore Development's board of directors. This event marks a step forward in promoting gender diversity in leadership, contributing to broader perspectives in policy planning and strategic decision-making.
At the meeting, Filmore Development also announced the conclusion of Le Quang Phuc's 2020-2025 term as a board member. Phuc will continue to support the company as a senior advisor to the board. Previously, on 20/6, the general meeting of shareholders also approved the dismissal of Han Suk Jung through a written resolution.
Following these personnel changes, Filmore Development's board of directors now consists of three members: Nguyen Tan Danh, chairman of the board; Doan Viet Dai Tu, vice chairman of the board; and Nguyen Thi Minh Giang, independent board member.
With the new leadership, the company aims to continue pursuing its long-term vision, focusing on developing community-oriented living spaces and building a sustainable corporate culture.
