FLC Group adjusted its charter capital on 28/8, according to the national business registration portal. This move signifies a major financial restructuring for the company.
Following the adjustment, the company's charter capital now stands at 12,926 billion dong, entirely composed of private capital. This represents an increase of 4,327 billion dong, approximately 50%, compared to its previous level. With this capital increase, FLC now possesses over 1.29 billion shares, which is 1.8 times more than the number of shares when the group's stock was delisted from the stock market in late 2025.
FLC has not yet disclosed its shareholder structure after the capital increase. Vu Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, continues to serve as the legal representative for FLC Group, maintaining leadership continuity during this period of change.
At an extraordinary meeting held in May, the general shareholders' meeting granted authority to FLC's Board of Directors to make decisions on corporate restructuring matters. These include handling investments, adjusting charter capital, and modifying the ownership structure, providing the board with broad discretion for the company's future direction.
For this year, the group aims to strengthen its foundational operations and concentrate on projects with high feasibility slated for 2026. As part of its growth strategy, the company will explore expanding investments in various key locations across Vietnam, including Lao Cai, Bac Giang, TP HCM, Nha Trang, Hau Giang, and Gia Lai.
Recently, FLC launched a resort urban area project in the heart of Sa Pa town, spanning nearly 12 hectares. This development marks FLC's second real estate project since its founder, Trinh Van Quyet, returned to the business scene. However, Mr. Quyet did not rejoin FLC's Board of Directors at the extraordinary shareholder meeting held in late May.
In May, the company also commenced the development of the Dak Doa complex project in Gia Lai. This substantial undertaking covers an area of 517 hectares and involves an investment of nearly 20 trillion dong, highlighting FLC's commitment to large-scale real estate ventures.
