Lordnine, a new MMORPG, distinguishes itself with a flexible character development mechanism, moving away from the fixed class models common in the genre. According to a representative from publisher VTC Online, its Infinity Class system empowers players to customize their combat style using various weapons and diverse progression paths. This approach enables players to create unique character builds that align with their personal preferences and strategic goals.
The publisher stated that this mechanism ensures players are not confined to a single role from the outset. Instead, they can flexibly adapt their roles throughout the game, fostering diverse playstyles and dynamic interactions among characters.

Lordnine is developed as a cross-platform title, supporting seamless play between PC and mobile devices. Players can continue their in-game journey across multiple devices without interruption. The PC version operates via Stove, a game distribution platform developed by Smilegate.
Beyond its flexible gameplay, the game features a dark fantasy graphic style. It aims to deliver the large-scale role-playing experience characteristic of MMORPGs.
Before its launch in Vietnam, Lordnine achieved positive results in Korea. The game, released in 7/2024, quickly became a top-grossing title on Google Play and the App Store within days of its launch. According to Sensor Tower, the game recorded approximately 2 million downloads in its first month.
Following its success in Korea and Taiwan, Lordnine expanded to several other Asian markets before officially launching a version for Vietnamese players.
On 15/6, Lordnine - Cuu Vuong Tranh Ba was released in Vietnam through a collaboration between goPlay (VTC Online) and Smilegate. The publisher reported that the game attracted a large number of players within its initial hours of launch.
