Eximbank introduces cash flow management solutions at digital finance day

Eximbank brings cash flow management, digital payment, and financial operation solutions for business households to digital finance day 2026, attracting many visitors to experience them.

The event took place on Nguyen Hue walking street in TP HCM, over two days, 6-7/6, with the theme "Smart payments promote digital finance". It featured many banks, financial organizations, and technology businesses. The program, organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper in coordination with the State Bank of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, aimed to spread the trend of cashless payments within the community.

Participating in the program, Eximbank presented the message "Fast Pay Fresh Way - Smart payments, quality living every day" along with digital financial solutions for both individual and business household customers. Throughout the event, the bank's booth was bustling with activities such as check-ins, technology experiences, minigames, and direct gift giveaways. The open-concept space fostered an inviting atmosphere, allowing visitors to learn about products, interact, and experience them on the spot.

Eximbank also dedicated a specific area at its booth to introduce digital financial solutions for business households. These solutions aim to help customers operate more conveniently and gradually transition to a digital business model. Visitors could open accounts in the name of their business household and explore service packages such as Zero phi, Zero phi Pro, Zero phi Plus, and Zero phi Plus+. These packages are designed flexibly to suit various business sizes and operational needs.

Notably, customers who registered a business household account at the event also received a Soundbox device, which offers quick and intuitive transaction monitoring during sales. Through the Eximbank EBiz platform, business owners can perform transfers, make payments, and manage cash flow anytime, anywhere, on a user-friendly and secure system.

The accompanying Soundbox device provides real-time voice notifications for balance changes. This device helps sellers track transactions as they occur, reducing errors and supporting more efficient sales, especially during busy periods. Additionally, connecting with eTax Mobile enables business households to process tax procedures more quickly directly on their phones, reducing time and effort.

Minh Anh, owner of a beverage store in TP HCM, stated that she was initially unaware of this voice notification speaker device. After an Eximbank employee introduced it and she tried it at the booth, she found it simple and convenient to use. "If applied to sales, tracking transactions would be much easier and less time-consuming", she said.

For individual customers, the Eximbank EDigi digital banking application was a major attraction. At the booth, visitors could open an account directly in just a few minutes and start using services immediately. The EDigi application was developed as a convenient financial platform, integrating various utilities such as: money transfers, bill payments, shopping, and ticket booking, helping users manage their spending conveniently on a single application.

Eximbank credit cards also garnered significant interest, especially with their 0% installment payment feature. These cards allow users to flexibly switch payment methods immediately upon purchase, enabling more proactive management of personal cash flow.

Furthermore, modern payment methods such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and QR payments offer a quick and convenient experience. The Vietnam - Thailand bilateral QR payment feature allows customers to conduct cross-border transactions by simply scanning a code, eliminating the need to exchange cash, which is convenient for travel and international spending needs.

Hoang Nam, formerly of Binh Thanh, shared that he frequently uses digital services, so he was quite interested in the payment and financial management solutions available on the application. "When I experienced it directly at the booth, I found the operations simple, easy to use, and suitable for the needs of young people", Nam said.

According to a bank representative, direct experiences at the booth, including: account opening, digital payments, and business support solutions, demonstrate that digital financial services are becoming increasingly accessible and user-friendly. Besides making transactions quick and convenient, these solutions also help users proactively manage their spending and cash flow in both daily life and business operations. Through the event, Eximbank showcased its efforts to bring digital financial solutions closer to customers, making them simple, accessible, and suitable for everyday use.
